Who is Chuck Dennis
Chuck Dennis was born in Anderson, Indiana. After attending the University of Tennessee for two years he graduated from Ball State University in marketing and business. He married Theresa Dennis in 1993. They raised four boys in Georgetown, Texas until moving to Charleston, South Carolina in 2007.
Chuck loved playing tennis, basketball, and golf, but his four sons were happiest when they played soccer together. In 2009 he was elected President of the James Island Youth Soccer Club. He saw a need for children to have more training and founded Total Futbol School in Charleston.. As the need increased for more knowledge and experience in the sport, he founded Global Football School in Charleston, SC. This success led to the opening of BareFoot School in Charlotte, NC. Chuck would love nothing more than to be able to provide soccer training to children in need.
Chuck had a big place in his heart for helping others. He lived his life to make a difference not only as an incredible husband and father but to his community. He passed on October 22, 2018 as a result of a fatal car accident.
Please join us on June 8th, 2024 to celebrate the life of an incredible man who loved this game, his family, and each of you. Chuck went through life with a smile on his heart. He always looked at the bright side no matter the difficulty he was faced with. What ever challenges came his way he overcame them. We continue to honor Chuck knowing God guides us through life no matter what struggles we face.
